My son has recently been re-diagnosed after scoring between “autism not likely” and “normal” at his last evaluation. He is still in the autism spectrum, but is no longer considered to have a diagnosis of moderate autism. The route we chose for him was one of diet changes, supplements, detoxing and behavioral therapies.
I have put this book in a workbook format to make it easier for parents like myself, who feel very overwhelmed when their child is first diagnosed with autism. At some point they find out “yes” there is something that can be done, but then comes – “Where do I start? How do I find the time? Can I afford this?
I have answered all of these questions in this book. I have made this simple – giving you food lists (brand names included), a week of detailed menus, shopping lists, supplement charts and behavior charts to keep track of your child’s improvements.
